Capricorn Chad Ochochinco has VH1 execs annoyed. He's out and about twittering about his girlfriend 'Basketball Wives' star Evelyn Lozada. Makes sense because on his show 'The Ultimate Catch' he doesn't really hook up with any of the tarts (I mean contestants) on the show.
