Halle Berry and her boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry, of five years have broken up.



Radaroline.com reports the two, who have a 2-year-old child together, broke up a few months ago.



According to the report, the two have already hammered out a custody and financial agreement with an attorney.



A source said the 9-year age difference between the two put a strain on the relationship.



Berry is 43, Aubry is 34.

"Gabriel just felt it wasn't working anymore," the source said. "When they were first together the 9-year age difference between them didn't faze him, she was the most beautiful woman he had ever dated and he was totally in love. But as time went on he started feeling it more and more."



Radaronline.com reported Gabriel just wanted joint custody and did not ask for any money.



Halle has been married and divorced twice before: to former baseball player Aries David Justice who she claimed abused her and Libra Eric Benet who she said cheated on her. And Leo Wesley Snipes who allegedly threw her down a flight of stairs and caused such damage in her ear, she is now deaf in one ear.  Gabriel being a Capricorn seemed a nice fit for Halle.  No drama.  And there's been no drama with the break up.  Halle has been spending a lot of time in NYC lately.  She has the most beautiful daughter with Gabriel.  She has much to be grateful for and looks amazing!!

Hiking at Runyon yesterday was a windy experience!  LA is presently covered in dirt and pollen and there is a very high allergy/pollen count.  Duran Duran's John Taylor staggered past at one point, looking very thin.  John's a Cancer and 50 years old!  Wow - were all getting old!  He's married to Juicy Couture owner Scorpio Gela Nash.

Today's birthdays include 2 very hot messes  - Kirsten Dunst and Isiah Thomas.  What happened to Kirsten Dunst's career?  And Isiah got 'done' for putting his hands in the cookie jar (literally)  - having sex with interns and people who worked for him...
